1. Who is responsible for your personal information
Voyages Aero Port.com inc. (“we”), doing business as AeroportVoyage, operates the AeroportVoyage site (https://aeroportvoyage.com). We are responsible for the personal information we collect through this site.

2. The information we collect
We collect only the following information, and only when you provide it to us or browse the site.
When you subscribe to our newsletter
Your email address and, where applicable, your first name. The date, time and source of your subscription are also recorded in order to demonstrate your consent.
When you fill out the contact form
Your name, your email address, your telephone number, the type of project and the content of your message, as well as any other information you choose to include in it.
When you use "Find my advisor"
The type of trip you are interested in, the destination you have in mind, your dates or the period and length you would like, the number of travellers and the ages of children 12 and under, your budget if applicable and any details you add, as well as your name, your email address, your telephone number, how you prefer to be contacted and your language. We do not ask for children's names or dates of birth.
When you request a group quote
The type of group, the approximate number of people, the dates or period, the destination you have in mind and the budget if applicable, what you would like to tell us about your group, as well as the name, email address and telephone number of the person in charge of the group.
Acknowledgement of receipt
When you send one of these forms, we send you an acknowledgement email at the address you provided.
Bot verification
To protect our forms against automated submissions, we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service. When you fill out a form, this service analyzes technical information about your browser, as well as your IP address, to verify that a person is sending it.
When you book an appointment
Appointments are booked on the Calendly platform, to which our site refers you by a link. There, you provide your name, your email address, the time slot chosen and, if applicable, your telephone number. This information is then communicated to us so that we can hold the appointment.
When you browse the site
Technical information collected by means of cookies and similar technologies: truncated IP address, type of device and browser, pages viewed, time spent and referring site. This information is described in detail in our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect any sensitive information, any payment data or any identity document through this site.

We do not use your information for any other purpose without first obtaining your consent.
4. On what basis we use it
Your consent is requested separately for each purpose, in clear and simple terms, at the time you provide the information.
Subscribing to the newsletter requires a positive action on your part: no box is pre-checked, and subscribing to the newsletter is never a condition for using the site, writing to us or booking an appointment.
Cookies that are not strictly necessary for the site to function are placed only after you have given your consent.
5. With whom we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use service providers who process it on our behalf, solely for the purposes described above and according to our instructions.

We may also disclose your information when the law requires us to do so, or to assert our rights in the event of a dispute.
6. Information kept outside Quebec
As the table above indicates, several of our providers host information in the United States. Your information is therefore kept and processed outside Quebec, and may be subject to the laws of the country concerned, including requests for access from foreign authorities.
Before using these providers, we assessed the privacy-related factors involved in this communication and concluded that the information would receive adequate protection there, given its nature, its purpose and the security measures in place. Our agreements with these providers govern the use they may make of it.
7. Your rights
You may, at any time and free of charge in most cases:
- Access the information we hold about you and obtain a copy of it
- Have corrected any information that is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal
- Withdraw your consent to the use of your information, or unsubscribe from the newsletter: each mailing includes a working unsubscribe link
- Request that we cease disseminating information or de-index a hyperlink that provides access to it, where such dissemination causes you serious injury
- Receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format, or request that it be transferred to a third party
Send your request to the person in charge named in section 1. We will respond within 30 days. If we must refuse a request, we will give you the reasons in writing, together with the remedies available to you.
8. How long we keep it

When these periods expire, the information is destroyed or irreversibly anonymized.
9. How we protect it
We apply security measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the information: access restricted to the people who need it, multi-factor authentication on administrator accounts, encryption of communications with the site, and selection of providers offering recognized security guarantees.
10. In the event of a confidentiality incident
We keep a register of confidentiality incidents. If an incident presenting a risk of serious injury were to occur, we would promptly notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned, and we would take reasonable measures to reduce its consequences.
11. Cookies
The site uses cookies. Their nature, their purpose and how to refuse them or withdraw your consent are described in our Cookie Policy.
12. Minors
The site is not intended for persons under 14 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe such information has been sent to us, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes
We may amend this statement. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. In the event of a significant change to the information collected or the purposes pursued, we will notify you by appropriate means and, where applicable, will ask for your consent again.
14. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with how your request was handled, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec:
