2. What these terms govern
These terms govern your use of the site https://aeroportvoyage.com and its features: viewing its content, sending a request through the contact form, booking an appointment and subscribing to the newsletter.
By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
They do not govern the travel services contract itself, which is the subject of a separate agreement described in section 5.
3. What the site does, and does not do
The site presents our services and our destinations, and allows you to reach us. No booking can be concluded and no payment can be made through the site.
A request sent through the contact form, a newsletter subscription or an appointment booking does not constitute a booking, and commits neither you nor us to anything. It starts a conversation with one of our advisors.
We make every effort to respond to any request within a reasonable time, but cannot guarantee it.
4. Prices and information displayed
The prices, availability, itineraries and descriptions presented on the site are provided for information purposes only. They come in part from our suppliers, change constantly and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
A price displayed on the site does not constitute a firm offer. Only the price confirmed in writing by one of our advisors, for a specific booking, on a specific date, binds you and binds us.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices are in Canadian dollars, per person, and do not necessarily include taxes, fees, supplements, insurance or services not expressly mentioned.
We take reasonable care to keep the site's content up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors. An obvious error in a price or description does not oblige us to honour the erroneous condition.
5. The travel services contract
When you decide to book, a separate contract is concluded with you. It is subject to the Consumer Protection Act, the Travel Agents Act and its regulation, as well as to the specific conditions of the carrier, cruise line, tour operator or hotelier concerned, conditions which we send you before you commit.
We act as an intermediary between you and these suppliers. The cancellation, modification and refund terms are those of the supplier, and they are communicated to you before you commit.
Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents
Every customer who enters into a contract with a travel agent holding a Quebec licence contributes to the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents. This fund may compensate you in the cases provided for by law, in particular when a paid service is not provided. Information on the scope and terms of this fund is available from the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC), at opc.gouv.qc.ca.
6. What is your responsibility
Before any departure, it is up to you to ensure that you hold the required travel documents: a passport valid for the required period, visas, electronic travel authorizations, proof of vaccination or health certificates. These requirements vary according to your citizenship, your itinerary and the date of travel, and they change without notice.
We send you the information available to us, but the responsibility for verifying it with the competent authorities is yours. A refusal of boarding or of entry into a country because of a missing or non-compliant document gives no right to any refund from us.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption and medical expenses.
7. Use of the site
You agree to use the site in good faith, not to transmit any false or misleading information, and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, access it by automated means or extract its content in bulk.
8. Intellectual property
The content of the site (text, images, logos, trademarks, layout) belongs to us or is licensed to us. You may view it and print excerpts for your personal use. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without our written authorization is prohibited.
9. Third-party links and services
The site contains links to supplier sites and to tools operated by third parties, including the Calendly platform for booking appointments. By following these links, you leave our site. We control neither their content nor their practices, and their use is governed by their own terms.
10. Availability and limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that the site will be accessible without interruption or free of errors. We may suspend access to it for maintenance or for any other reason.
We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site itself, in particular from an interruption of access or an inaccuracy in the content.
Nothing in this section has the effect of excluding the warranties and remedies granted to you by the Consumer Protection Act, or our liability in the event of gross or intentional fault.
11. Communications
By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving our commercial communications by email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each mailing, and your request is processed without delay.
12. Personal information
The processing of your personal information is described in our Privacy Statement and in our Cookie Policy.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published on the site, and the date of the last update appears at the top of the page. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the amended version.
14. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
The parties have required that this document be drawn up in French. In case of discrepancy between the French version and a translated version, the French version prevails.
