The questions we're asked most
Booking, luggage, documents, insurance: short answers to the questions we hear most at the counter.
Planning your trip
When should I book to get the best prices?
Generally, booking two to six months ahead gets you the best fares and the widest choice. For the busiest periods, like the holidays, spring break and summer, earlier is better. Your advisor will tell you where prices stand for your dates.

How does planning a trip with you work?

Why can't I book directly on your website?
Because our trips don't come out of a catalogue. Flight and hotel prices change several times a day: rather than showing packages that would already be out of date by the time you read them, your advisor checks real availability and prices for your dates, compares the options and gives you an exact quote. The trips shown on the site give an idea of starting prices; the quote is the real one.
