How we work
Your itinerary in four steps
At our agency, tailor-made trip planning starts with a conversation and ends when you are back home.
We talk
By phone, in the shop or by email. Twenty minutes is enough to get started, even with a vague idea.
We propose
A costed itinerary, with the options and what they change. Nothing is booked at this stage.
We adjust
As many times as it takes, until the trip feels like yours.
We handle the rest
Bookings, documents, reminders before you leave. And during the trip, a direct number that rings on someone's desk.
Our fee
$75 per file, and everything it covers
A planning fee of $75 plus applicable taxes, once per file. It is not deducted from the trip: it pays for your advisor's work, which does not stop at the first proposal.
Unlimited revisions
We adjust the itinerary as many times as it takes, at no extra cost.
