What brings you together deserves a real trip
A wedding in the sun, the whole family back together, a tournament abroad, a team retreat: your advisor builds the trip around the occasion, and takes the work of organizing it off your hands.
Ten travellers or more? Tell us what you're celebrating, we'll take care of the rest.
For every occasion
What kind of group are you?

Destination weddings
Your wedding and your guests, in the same place, at the same time.

Family reunions
Three generations, several departure cities, one trip.

Sports teams
The team, the gear and the fans, there in time for the game.

Companies
An incentive trip or a team retreat.

Friends
The trip you have talked about for years, finally on the calendar.

Destination weddings
Say yes with your feet in the sand
A destination wedding is two trips in one: yours, and each guest's, with their own budget, dates and questions. Your advisor books a block of rooms for your guests, compares hotels that host ceremonies and works with their wedding coordinator when there is one. Your guests come to us instead of to you, and each one pays their share directly to us. You get to think about everything else.

Family reunions
The whole family, finally at the same table
Some leave from Montreal, others from Toronto or Paris; some are two years old, others eighty. Your advisor coordinates the flights so everyone arrives on the same day, and picks a hotel where the grandparents can rest while the little ones swim. Each family keeps its own room, schedule and invoice. You get to enjoy watching them arrive.

Sports teams
Arrive rested, play your best
A tournament does not move. Your advisor starts from your competition dates and builds the rest around them: flights, lodging near the venue, local transportation, and oversized gear checked with the carrier before booking. Players, coaches and the parents who come along travel on the same file, without necessarily travelling together.

Companies
Reward a team, don't just gather it
An incentive trip for your best salespeople, a planning retreat, a year-end getaway: we start from what you want the team to take away from it. Your advisor suggests destinations suited to the season and budget, and handles meeting rooms when you need them. One person at your company talks to one person at ours, and a single invoice arrives in the company's name.

Friends and clubs
The organizer deserves a vacation too
In every group of friends, in every club, someone ends up organizing everything. This time, they give your advisor the destination, the dates and the number of people, and go back to being a traveller like everyone else. Walking club, choir, alumni association: your advisor answers each member's questions, one at a time, without the group email overflowing.
What we take care of
Everything you won't have to do
Answering every traveller
Questions about luggage, rooms and schedules go to your advisor, not to your inbox.
Chasing payments
Each guest or each family pays their share directly to us.
Lining up arrivals
Those leaving from another city arrive the same day as everyone else.
Keeping track of rooms
A block of rooms at the same hotel, managed by your advisor.
Negotiating alone
Your advisor asks suppliers that offer group rates for them, on the group's behalf.
Handling surprises on site
A delayed flight, a room that isn't right: you have someone to call, and they already know the file.

How it works
From your first idea to your return
You tell us about your group
The form below takes a few minutes. An approximate period and headcount are enough.
Your advisor calls you
Within two business days, to go over the occasion, the budget and what matters to the group.
You receive a proposal
One or two detailed options, with a clear quote. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
We handle the rest, until you're back
Sign-ups, confirmations, reminders, and someone to reach during the trip.
First step
Tell us about your group
The occasion, the number of travellers, the period, an idea of destination: that's enough to start. The budget is optional, and nothing commits you before the quote.
